Return Eligibility
At warmiaglow, customer satisfaction is our priority. Most items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase at online@warmiaglow.world or through our contact page
- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we process the return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders or personalized items made to your specifications
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at online@warmiaglow.world or through our contact page. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged items and your order number to expedite the process. We will resolve the issue within 5-7 business days.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
